For 6 people:
250gr Lasagne Avesani
2 Treviso red radicchio
250g Bechamel sauce
250gr Brie
Apple vinegar, salt and pepper q.b
While preparing about 250g of béchamel, sauté the radicchio in a pan, sprinkle with a dash of apple vinegar and add them.
Prepare the lasagna in layers starting from the béchamel, then the Brie cut into thin slices and finally a dusting of parmesan. Proceed like this for each layer. Bake in preheated oven at 160 ° C until completely cooked.
