Pastificio Avesani was created in 1951 in Bussolengo, in the province of Verona, from the passion and inventiveness of Ugo and Jole Avesani.

From a simple artisan fresh pasta workshop, the company grew rapidly thanks to a strategy aimed at reaching increasingly ambitious goals.
